Our services are held in the Seventh-day Adventist Church at 968 Lane Allen Road in Lexington. Use the driveway entrance on either side of the church and proceed to the back parking lot. The main entrance is in the middle. Handicap parking is available, and the building is fully wheelchair-accessible.

Our offices are located at 715 Shaker Drive, Suite 80, Lexington, KY 40504, open 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday, and the phone number is 859-277-0420.
